Todd Engstrom served as the Executive Pastor of Ministry Strategies at The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, Texas, where he led the church’s vision for discipleship and missional communities. With years of experience in leadership development and church systems, Todd is known for building scalable structures that support gospel-centered mission and healthy church growth. He has contributed to numerous resources on community life and mission, and frequently consults with churches across the country. Todd lives in Austin with his wife, Olivia, and their four children.
