Overview
We’re here to equip you
Core trainings are built on the time-tested tenets of adult learning: everyone will learn and reflect on disciple-making principles – but will also put those principles into practice, growing in their confidence as they step into God’s calling to every Christian.
We’re committed to you for a multi-week process, adopting a “train the trainer” model as we walk alongside your leaders and prepare them to lead your church and groups in hands-on practice.
Much of TEG’s role is behind the scenes, with your team and group leaders leading the process on the front lines – which builds trust across your ministry and bolsters leaders’ disciple-making roles!

Train the Trainer (~6 weeks)
We meet online 3-4 times with your leaders, equipping them to foster their groups & teams, & giving them the resources they need to put the principles into practice.

*Optional On-site Training (~1 weekend)
An affirmed TEG Trainer leads an interactive workshop with your organization, to lay the foundation & give some first-steps practice in your desired content

Holistic Formation (~6-8 weeks)
Your org puts the principles into practice, learning (head), reflecting and discussing (heart), and practicing (hands) your chosen content

3-4 online sessions with your leaders, equipping them to foster your chosen content in their groups & teams, & giving them the resources they need to put the principles into practice
6-8 weeks of videos and/or group discussion guides, to help your leaders put the principles into practice, learning (head), reflecting and discussing (heart), and practicing (hands) your chosen content
Coaching sessions with leaders – midway through your process, to help you finish well
Option to purchase books for your teams/groups at a discounted rate
