Alan Briggs is a leadership and sabbatical coach who helps ministry and business leaders avoid burnout and lead healthy cultures. He hosts the Stay Forth Leadership Podcast and has written several books, including AntiBurnout. Alan previously served as a pastor and church planting catalyst for over two decades. He lives in Colorado with his wife and four children.
