Types of Leaders: Chandler loves working with church planters in the early stages of discerning their calling, vision, and needs for their new or forming church; new leaders getting their footing in ministry or discerning their calling; and high-level leaders carrying the weight of sensitive ministry issues who need insight into their own processing or guidance on how to best care for those in their flock.

About Brad

Chandler is the Operations and Development Director for The Well Austin. She serves the church through HR, Finance, Facilities, Church Planting, and Leader Development. She focuses on developing potential church planters and their wives by leading different cohorts and discipleship groups that emphasize skill, gifting, and character, as well as leading the ministry residency. She came to faith at 7, was called to ministry at 14, moved overseas at 26, and stepped into full-time vocational ministry at 30. She enjoys walking with leaders, helping them find where they will thrive in work and ministry, and creating organizational systems that support their leadership and their teams’ success for the long term.
