About Aaron

Aaron serves with The Equipping Group, partnering with pastors and ministry leaders across Europe to cultivate healthy, multiplying, gospel-centered churches. Originally from Seattle, Aaron moved with his family to Bratislava, Slovakia, in 2019 to support church planting and leadership development throughout Central and Eastern Europe. He is passionate about helping leaders flourish for the long haul by identifying and developing future church planters, building training systems, and walking with leaders through assessment and the early years of ministry. Aaron, his wife, Megan, and their three boys are part of Paradox Church in Bratislava.
